Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and instant access upon registration, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Forgetting to cancel your subscription
• Lack of usage
• Dissatisfaction unrelated to a technical fault
• Accidental purchases or double payments

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, through your account dashboard.

To cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to 'General' in https://www.worldbuildr.ai/settings
• Click on "Manage Subscription" under Subscription Management
• Once redirected to the Stripe portal, click "Cancel Subscription"
• Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Before purchase, you are required to:

• Actively check a box agreeing to this policy
• Acknowledge that no refunds will be provided unless required by law
• Confirm you've read and understood our Terms of Service

We log the time, IP address, and agreement at checkout to protect against false claims.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after explicitly agreeing to our terms may be considered fraudulent activity. We will respond to all disputes with:

• Your IP address, timestamp, and browser data
• Confirmation of your agreement to this policy
• Access logs showing usage of the software

Refunds may be granted only in the following rare cases:

• The software was inaccessible for 48+ hours due to a fault on our side
• You were charged after cancelling (and can show proof)
• You made duplicate payments in error
